Riley Special 1937 Kestrel
Riley Special ready for restoration
The Riley body was temporarily assembled prior to restoration. The body shell was then dismantled and sandblasted. While we discussed repairs with the customer we discussed the practicality and drive ability of the Riley.
As a part of improving the Riley we are lengthening the door sills and doors for easier access. Changing the shape of the opening across the rear scuttle to allow better access for the luggage area. Improving the floor pans and including seat sliders for better driver and passenger comfort. Adding wet weather gear tot he Riley including a storable hood and side screens.
